Some functionality is supported through third-party services such as OpenAI and GoHighLevel.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Not use the service to create, distribute, or promote harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
Not misuse AI tools to generate unsafe, biased, discriminatory, or malicious outputs.
Not infringe on third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights.
Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its integrations

4. Payment Terms
Services are offered through monthly subscriptions, one-time fees, and free trials.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis.
No refunds are provided once payment is processed, unless required by law or at our discretion.
Free trials may convert into paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, content, features, and branding provided by Service Based are owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws.
You retain ownership of your own data, business inputs, and customer information.
AI-generated content may be processed by OpenAI and is not guaranteed to be unique, error-free, or suitable for all uses.
You are responsible for how you use AI outputs.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate third-party platforms, including:
OpenAI (natural language processing)
GoHighLevel (CRM & automation)
We are not responsible for these third parties’ data practices or service availability. You must review and agree to their terms separately.
7. Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time.
Enforce usage policies, fair use limits, or compliance checks.
Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
8. AI Use and Limitations
AI is for informational and business assistance only.
Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, or high-risk decisions.
Misuse of AI for harmful, discriminatory, or manipulative purposes is strictly prohibited.
We may monitor usage to enforce responsible AI practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We make no guarantees on the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our services or AI outputs.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months prior to any claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted unless otherwise required.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Dutch courts.
